We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established Glasgow-based contractor specialising in social housing upgrades and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in securing new business while progressing your career within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process across social housing and construction projects
- Prepare high-quality PQQs, ITTs, and tender submissions
- Collaborate with estimating, commercial, and operational teams to develop competitive bids
- Manage timelines and ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time
- Review client requirements and develop tailored bid strategies
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Coordinator within construction
- Strong understanding of social housing, refurbishment, or planned maintenance frameworks
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
