Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead multiple structural projects while maintaining strong client and architect relationships.
- Technical Design: Produce detailed calculations and designs for steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry in accordance with Eurocodes.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit to create technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordination: Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless technical delivery.
- Site Inspections: Conduct site visits to ensure construction complies with design requirements and provide on-site support.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Chartership: Must be a Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or MICE).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant UK-based structural engineering experience.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and diverse project types (new build, refurbishment, and conversion).
