My client operates in the Housebuilding industry, allowing coverage of residential projects as a main contractor and subcontractor throughout Sussex and Surrey. The company collaborates with housing associations, councils, institutions, commercial, and private clients to deliver a range of projects valued from £1m to £10m. Based in Pulborough, West Sussex.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor, located on-site in Pulborough. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for various projects. The candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial aspects of construction projects.
