My client is a leading regional main contractor delivering New Build, Refurbishment and Fit Out projects valued between £0.5m - £15m throughout the North West. Working in the Schools, University, Health, Commercial, Leisure, Aviation and Industrial sector, as well as Care Homes and residential projects, they enjoy an exceptional client base with continuous secured works through their participation in a range of high profile prestigious frameworks, as well as enjoying repeat business through their reputation for high quality delivery of projects.
Due to their growth and secured turnover, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to add to their Contracts Management team. This is a key hire and the individual they are looking to secure is someone who can bring the experience, outlook and approach which will see them being the right hand person to the Construction Director.

You will be experienced in the role of Contracts Manager overseeing project teams and the delivery of similar projects, in the sectors and values outlined above. You will be responsible for multiple projects concurrently from Tender stage, working closely with the estimating team, through to the entire pre con team including design, programming, procurement etc. In addition you will oversee the delivery teams, as the main client facing face of the company, nurturing and building on existing relationships as well as developing new long term ones and future business through ensuring outstanding quality and delivery which my client prides itself as the core basis its reputation has been built on.
Ideally you will be based in the greater Manchester area, covering a region of core projects ranging from Rochdale, Manchester, the M62 Corridor, Liverpool, up to Southport and down to Chester.
