They are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a forward-thinking business, contributing to high-profile residential projects while leading and developing a talented estimating team. The ideal Senior Estimator will have:
- Extensive experience estimating high-end residential construction projects.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate an estimating team.
- Proven experience preparing detailed cost plans, tenders, and competitive bids.
- Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the bid process.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and general estimating software.
- Ability to work methodically across multiple tenders while meeting deadlines.
- Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification (beneficial).
