We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our close-knit temporary team in our West London (W3) office. We are an Aussie/Kiwi-owned recruitment agency with 20 years' experience in the UK market. We specialise in high-spec residential refurbishments and commercial fit-out projects, working with a loyal client base that has secured a strong and consistent pipeline of work for 2026 and beyond.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

This role focuses primarily on placing construction trades and labour into roles with an established list of contractors. It's a fast-paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary assignments
  • Managing and growing relationships with contractors and clients
