A growing and well-established building and construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their Projects Division. This role will be responsible for managing electrical infrastructure works on a data centre in Slough, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with strong electrical installation experience, particularly within critical or occupied environments, to join a company offering long-term stability and strong employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
- Set out works in accordance with contract drawings and carry out regular quality checks.
- Review contractor RAMS, technical submissions, RFIs, and ensure specification compliance.
- Coordinate labour, materials, and procurement schedules to ensure the project has adequate resources.
- Maintain accurate site documentation including reports, drawing registers, diaries, and handover records.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- SMSTS qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience as an Electrical Site Manager working on critical service projects (data centre experience advantageous)
