Our client is expanding within the super prime residential refurbishment space, delivering exceptional construction projects across London for exclusive private clients. Renowned for their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and impeccable quality, they work on some of the capital's most prestigious and architecturally significant homes.

They are seeking a Project Director to join their business, offering the opportunity to lead landmark projects and oversee high-performing teams within a forward-thinking and design-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to become part of a close-knit senior team and contribute to high-profile projects across London.

The ideal Project Director will have:

  • Degree in Construction Management, NVQ Level 7, or equivalent
  • SMSTS, First Aid at Work (Level 3), Temporary Works Supervisor
  • Strong contractual understanding, including variations and notices
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects
  • Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary project teams
  • Experience managing programmes, quality, compliance, and commercial reporting
  • Competency in Procore site management tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, and Asta Powerproject
  • Strong client-facing ability, with experience working with architects, consultants, and private clients
  • High level of organisation, risk management, and problem-solving capability
