A leading M&E and commercial fitout contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mechanical project delivery for data centre clients, with a focus on a key customer in Hemel Hempstead and potential for wider UK travel. The ideal Project Manager will have:
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience managing commercial fit-out and M&E projects
- Lead mechanical project delivery from planning through to completion
- Manage client relationships and uphold quality, safety, and commercial standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee programmes, identify risks, and ensure contract compliance
- Support tender processes and manage project reporting and documentation
- Be proficient with MS Project, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Hold SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS certification
- Be eligible for or able to obtain a DBS check (can be completed later)
