The ideal Site Manager will have:

  • Full on-site management of high-end residential projects up to £3mil
  • Experience as No.1 on site, including scheduling works and handling exclusive clients.
  • H&S experience with inductions, permits and RAMS.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.
