About the Role
Our clients seek experienced Quantity Surveyors to manage the commercial delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects ranging up to £4mil around Central and South West London. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and private clients, you will ensure cost control, value, and quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of residential refurbishment projects from pre-contract to final account, providing weekly reports into the Directors.
- Preparation and management of budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Valuations, interim applications, and final account agreement.
- Management of variations, change control, and cost reporting.
- Client-facing cost reporting with a high level of detail and transparency.
- Close collaboration with project managers, design teams, and site managers.
Key Requirements
- Experience delivering high-end residential refurbishments within the £500k-£4m range.
- Strong understanding of refurbishment works, sequencing, and high-quality finishes.
- Commercially aware, detail-focused, and confident in negotiations.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor managing multiple projects at one time.
