Client Account Manager - M&E background

A well-established M&E and fit out contractor is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to lead the delivery and governance of a major framework agreement with a key corporate client based in London.

This is not a project delivery role. You'll take ownership of how an entire client account operates, maintaining processes, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance across multiple workstreams, and driving improvement. You'll sit between the client, our operational and project teams, with accountability for the account running effectively as a whole.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the framework agreement operates effectively
  • Provide reporting and accountability back to both the client and internal leadership on the account, it's performance and potential opportunities
  • Manage the key client relationship
  • Provide operational oversight across multiple projects and workstreams being delivered through the account
  • Maintain commercial oversight
  • Drive continuous improvement

The Ideal Client Account Manager will have:

  • Proven experience managing or taking significant responsibility for a structured client framework or major account
  • Strong M&E / Building Services background
  • Track record of working across multiple projects and workstreams concurrently, rather than single-project focus
  • Demonstrated client account management at stakeholder level
  • Commercial awareness - quotations, variations, budgets
  • Ability to work effectively across operational and commercial functions

  • Salary: Β£65,000 - Β£90,000 (DOE)
  • Hours: 07:00-16:00
