We're working with a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality work on commercial and data centre projects across London. Due to a growing pipeline of works, they're looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Manager to take ownership of passive fire protection across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fire stopping, compartmentation, fire door, and cavity barrier surveys
  • Identify defects and produce scopes of remedial works
  • Assist with pricing and small project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with IFC / FIRAS standards
  • Manage site activities, permits, and reporting (Bolster or similar systems)
  • Liaise with clients and teams, with occasional hands-on work

About You:

  • FIRAS or similar accredited in fire stopping
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified
  • Clean driving licence
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Flexible to travel and work out of hours

  • Location: London & surrounding areas
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday + OT
  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
