We're working with a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality work on commercial and data centre projects across London. Due to a growing pipeline of works, they're looking for an experienced Fire Stopping Manager to take ownership of passive fire protection across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fire stopping, compartmentation, fire door, and cavity barrier surveys
- Identify defects and produce scopes of remedial works
- Assist with pricing and small project delivery
- Ensure compliance with IFC / FIRAS standards
- Manage site activities, permits, and reporting (Bolster or similar systems)
- Liaise with clients and teams, with occasional hands-on work
About You:
- FIRAS or similar accredited in fire stopping
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certified
- Clean driving licence
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Flexible to travel and work out of hours

- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: London & surrounding areas
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday + OT
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
