Experienced Maintenance Plumber required for high-end residential projects across West, Central and North London. Working on luxury properties, delivering high-quality plumbing and general maintenance services in occupied homes.
Key Duties:
- Plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault finding
- Installation and repair of sanitaryware, taps, valves and pipework
- Minor carpentry, decorating and general maintenance tasks
- Snagging, reactive maintenance and handyman works
- Working independently in client-facing environments
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
- Trade-qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Proven high-end residential maintenance experience
- Multi-trade skills including basic carpentry and general maintenance
- Own tools and full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
Details:
- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
