Our client is a well-established and highly regarded turnkey contractor within the building and construction industry, with year-on-year turnover growth and a strong project pipeline. Known as a great company to work for, they invest in their people, systems, and development.
They are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the delivery team on a major project in the City of London. You will be responsible for managing the accuracy, control, and flow of project documentation, working closely with the Project Manager, client teams, and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with project governance requirements.
Key Requirements
- Strong Procore experience (essential).
- Procore experience within a main contractor environment preferred.
- 1Breadcrumb experience (desirable).
- Excellent understanding of document control, naming conventions, revision control, and approval workflows.
- Experience on large, complex, or fast-paced building and construction projects as a Document Controller.
- Permit or permit-to-work system exposure (advantageous).
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders.
