A leading M&E and commercial fitout contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mechanical project delivery for data centre clients, with a focus on a key customer in Hemel Hempstead and potential for wider UK travel. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business that is experiencing growth year on year and offers you the chance to grow with it.

The ideal Project Manager will have:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience managing commercial fit-out and M&E projects
  • Lead mechanical project delivery from planning through to completion
  • Manage client relationships and uphold quality, safety, and commercial standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee programmes, identify risks, and ensure contract compliance
  • Support tender processes and manage project reporting and documentation
  • Be proficient with MS Project, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Hold SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS certification
  • Be eligible for or able to obtain a DBS check (can be completed later)
