My client, a smaller house builder, are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for an upcoming residential project in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee finishing trades on a high-quality development of seven townhouses and a one-bedroom flat. As a Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, within schedule, and in compliance with health & safety regulations. You will coordinate trades, oversee quality, and liaise with the site team to keep the project running smoothly.
