My client, a leading housebuilder, is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a major site in Camberley. The site consists of 230 units.
Responsibilities
- Be the on-site lead, responsible for enforcing the programme and delivering the works on time and within the agreed scope.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
- Liaise with the client and external stakeholders and report progress and risk to senior management.
- Manage direct and indirect site teams to maintain productivity.
- Provide regular updates to the senior management and commercial teams, including monthly progress and safety reports.
Requirements
- Experience working for a major housebuilder previously.
- Strong track record delivering 100-unit phases of traditional build units as the number one on site.
