My client, a bespoke, SME House Builder, are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver private, bespoke homes in the West and East Sussex area. This is a site-based role overseeing the construction of bespoke, luxury houses. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, driving programme, and coordinating specialist trades within design-led, luxury projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of bespoke private residential builds
- Coordination of specialist subcontractors and suppliers
- Programme management and site reporting
- Quality control to super prime finish standards
- Managing client variations and design development on site
- Health & Safety compliance
