Constfix Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our construction, refurbishment and property maintenance business across London. The ideal candidate will already have strong experience and existing contacts within the London property management and building management sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new business with Property Management Companies, Managing Agents, Building Managers and Estate Managers.
- Use existing industry contacts to introduce Constfix Ltd to new clients.
- Arrange meetings and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Identify new tenders, maintenance contracts and refurbishment opportunities.
- Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed works and long-term contracts.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Essential:
- Previous business development experience within property management, construction, maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong existing network of contacts within London property management/building management companies.
- Proven ability to generate leads and win new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the London property management market.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can bring established industry relationships and help us secure long-term partnerships with managing agents and property management companies.
