Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across engineering roles, from requirement intake and job description design through to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, confidently managing expectations and navigating shifting priorities.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, particularly for hard-to-find engineering talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing technical alignment, motivation, communication style, and potential risk indicators.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within the ATS and associated recruitment systems.
- Provide market insight and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Prioritise effectively in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, adjusting approach as business needs evolve.
About You
Essential Experience:
- 4+ years of solid recruitment experience, either agency-side or in-house.
- Proven background in recruiting engineering and technical profiles within Space, Aerospace, Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in complex start-up organisations.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management, including working with senior and highly technical hiring managers.
- Experience recruiting across Europe, with Germany being a strong advantage.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search techniques.
- Confident user of ATS systems and structured recruitment processes.
- A calm, professional, and considered communicator, even under pressure.
- High levels of emotional awareness and interpersonal sensitivity, enabling effective collaboration with candidates and stakeholders.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working with changing or incomplete information.
- Naturally curious, eager to learn quickly, and motivated to build deeper ownership of a technical domain.
- Detail-oriented, with strong judgment when evaluating candidate suitability and business alignment.
