Looking for a Night Sous for a 3 months Mon-Fri 1530-2230 you will have all the Relevant Qualifications City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Food Hygiene Allergen awareness and Your own Whites & Safety Shoes Essential. You must have a can do attitude and willingness to support on the counter serving & Washing up. Main Responsibilities Based in a busy kitchen, your main tasks will be to: Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed. Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix. Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team. Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
