Are you passionate about hospitality, great drinks, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We are looking for a confident and experienced Hospitality Bar Team Leader to take charge of one of our busy matchday bars at Molineux Stadium, leading from the front and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from kick-off to full time.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of up to 8 bar staff
- Taking full responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the bar
- Delivering fast, friendly, and professional service in a high-volume environment
- Using your excellent bar knowledge to serve spirits, lagers, beers, wines, and cocktails to a high standard
- Managing stock levels, bar setup, and breakdown
- Ensuring all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Handling tills, cashing up, and completing required paperwork and reports
- Acting as the key point of contact between bar staff and senior management
- Delivering team briefings and ensuring staff are fully prepared for service
- Managing peak-time pressure, particularly pre-kick-off and half-time

As a Hospitality Bar Team Leader, you'll be required to work across the following Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures at Molineux Stadium in 2026:
- Saturday 18th January – 2:00pm Kick Off
- Saturday 31st January – 3:00pm Kick Off
- Saturday 7th February – 3:00pm Kick Off
- Friday 27th February – 8:00pm Kick Off
- Wednesday 4th March – 8:00pm Kick Off
- Saturday 21st March – 3:00pm Kick Off
- Saturday 25th April – 3:00pm Kick Off
- Saturday 2nd May – 3:00pm Kick Off
- Sunday 17th May – 3:00pm Kick Off
Kick-off times and dates are subject to change due to broadcast scheduling.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be aged 18 or over (due to the sale of alcohol)
- Previous experience working behind a bar in a busy hospitality environment
- Proven experience leading or supervising a team (bar, pub, events, stadiums, hospitality)
- Excellent bar knowledge, including spirits, lager, beer, wine, and cocktails
- Confident leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team under pressure
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ideally based locally in or around Wolverhampton with the ability to commute reliably to Molineux Stadium
