We’re recruiting retail staff to join us at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as the football season kicks off — a fantastic opportunity to work in a thrilling, fast-paced environment. Working Hours This is a flexible and active role where you can pick and choose your shifts. However, to be eligible to work at other venues, you must complete a minimum of 3 shifts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Role Responsibilities As part of the retail team, your daily responsibilities may include: • Providing enthusiastic and friendly service to fans and visitors • Operating tills, handling cash and card payments • Managing queues and ensuring efficient customer flow • Restocking kiosks • Upselling products to customers • Maintaining tidy and clean workstations and display areas Requirements • Must be 18 years or older • Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred • Confidence when interacting with the public • Able to stay calm and professional during high-volume periods (especially match days) • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a strong team player • Good initiative and willingness to help wherever needed • Comfortable working on your feet, walking and standing for the majority of your shift As an active role, you must be comfortable with walking and standing during the majority of your shift.
