What you’ll be doing: As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and seamless kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to menu specifications, maintaining consistently high standards of quality and presentation. Supporting the delivery of fresh, high-quality food for matchday hospitality, conferences, corporate functions and special events. Managing your section efficiently to ensure smooth service, even during busy periods. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation. Following food safety, allergen management and health and safety procedures at all times. Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Ensuring kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained appropriately. Bringing enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to every shift. What we’re looking for: We’re looking for skilled, motivated chefs who care about great food and take pride in delivering exceptional results. Ideally, you’ll have: At least two years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie . Relevant professional catering qualifications. Experience in a high-volume catering, hospitality or event environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership of your section. A passion for quality, consistency and excellent guest service.
