We’re looking for Sous Chefs to head up and manage areas of our multi-outlet, high-end stadium dining experiences β€” from fine dining to premium bowl food, to elevated buffet and player nutrition. This role is perfect for a chef with flair, finesse, and the leadership strength to run a world-class operation serving up to 9000 covers per event.

  • HCLUB on Four – Fine dining (500 covers) with in-house guest chefs
  • Super Suites – 4 private suites with personal chefs, plated and shared dishes
  • Tunnel Club – Premium fine dining for 104 guests
  • Suites Loges – Premium sharing buffet for 1000 guests
  • Restaurants – 6 venues offering seasonal British and gastro-style menus
  • Stratus – Small bowl food experience (300 guests x2 areas)
  • Locker Room – Set in the NFL locker rooms; bowl food post match-day snacks
  • Premium Lounge – Bowl food across 5 lounges (serving 5500)
  • Internal Areas – Player feeding, media dining and more

Key Focus Areas:

  • Champion quality and innovation across all menus and hospitality spaces
  • Deliver up to 9000 covers per event – football, NFL, boxing, concerts and more
  • Collaborate with Michelin-star calibre chefs and partners
  • Strict adherence to menu specs and ingredient use – no compromises
  • Lead and motivate multi-kitchen teams, permanent and event-day brigades
  • Deliver flawless client tastings and event planning sessions
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE and allergy regulations
  • Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Who You Are:

  • A confident and resilient Sous Chef with proven experience
  • A natural leader with excellent people skills – managing teams of up to 7 chefs
  • Passionate about quality, detail, and guest-first experiences
  • Strong understanding of food trends and translating them into bold, stylish menus
  • Highly organised with a clear eye on commercial impact and cost management
  • Emotionally intelligent – approachable, respectful, and values-driven
  • Uncompromising on standards – even when under pressure
  • Hands-on and engaged – you lead from the front

You’ll Also Need To:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of HSE and allergen regulations
  • Follow strict recipe and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Maintain correct food storage, labelling and recovery protocols
  • Supervise seamless service, ensuring timing, quality and presentation every time
