Sous Chef - Lead by Example (£18.89 p/h) Chefs by Constellation is Constellations new dedicated culinary division, recruiting and developing chefs from commis to lead chefs. With opportunities across the UK, from intimate pop-up hospitality venues to major sporting events, racecourses and world-class fine dining events. Were seeking experienced Sous Chefs to support and lead kitchen teams across Manchester United Youll work alongside Head and Lead Chefs to deliver exceptional standards across premium hospitality, banqueting, fine dining and large-scale catering operations. Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation standards. Assist with stock control and ordering. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements. Mentor and develop junior chefs. About You Proven experience as a Sous Chef. Strong culinary skills across a range of service styles. Effective leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisation and time management. Calm, proactive and solution-focused under pressure. DBS required. Where applicable, this will be arranged through chefs by constellation during onboarding
