Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.

We are specifically after a handful of experienced Bartender & VIP Waiting staff members who can commit to working all of the home fixtures for the 2025/26 season within the hospitality area\'s within the Bramall Lane Stadium.

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate, and experienced Bartender\'s; VIP Waiting & Hospitality staff with a can-do attitude to deliver 5* hospitality experiences for customers.

In this role you will be the “face” of the Food & Beverage operation, providing a warm welcome, taking orders, delivering food & drink plus most importantly, helping our customers to have an amazing time!

Skills / Qualifications

Must have at least 2 year’s experience high-end background, working within 5-star hotels or top-class restaurants.

We are a “people business”, you must possess a friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.

Have the capability to thrive in high volume and fast-paced environments.

Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Have the aptitude to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which will be key to ensuring smooth service delivery.
