Location: Iron Mountain, Unit 3, CV23 9LP Start Date: Immediate Start Available Working Hours: Monday to Sunday | 8:30pm – 1:30am We're looking to split the rota between two Chef de Parties , offering flexibility across the week. Pay Rate: £20.36 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Important Information Before starting your night shifts, you'll need to complete: One day shift for your induction and to be shown the kitchen, site, and procedures Immediate starts available following a successful induction What You'll Be Doing Preparing and serving high-quality evening meals and breakfasts Working alongside a General Assistant (GA) to deliver a smooth service Catering for up to 80 evening meals and 80 breakfasts Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards Supporting the efficient running of the kitchen during service What We're Looking For You'll need: Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential) Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards The ability to work independently and as part of a small team A positive, reliable approach and excellent time management Must be 18 Own safety shoes and chef knives Why Join Constellation?
