This isn’t your typical corporate hospitality service, and it’s certainly not your typical fine dining environment. Think of it as a high-energy, exclusive members’ clubs set within some of the UK’s most iconic venues — from football stadiums and international sporting arenas to world-class entertainment destinations, private members’ clubs, and major event spaces.

Whether it’s matchday at Aston Villa or Birmingham City, a major exhibition or live event with The NEC Group, a prestigious race meeting at Cheltenham Racecourse, an unforgettable day at Goodwood, or premium hospitality experiences across many more iconic venues, we create exceptional guest experiences in the heart of the action. We serve carefully created dishes, precision cocktails, premium wines, and elevated hospitality within stylish, social environments designed for discerning guests.

We are looking for a character. Someone who brings energy to the restaurant while maintaining an invisible Platinum standard of service and exceptional attention to detail. You need to be the anchor of the space: calm when thousands of guests arrive at once, composed when the pace intensifies, and effortlessly professional while making every guest feel genuinely welcome.

The Role

As a Hospitality Manager, you are the face of the experience. You lead from the front, bringing strong food and beverage knowledge, a passion for premium hospitality, and the ability to create an atmosphere where guests feel valued, relaxed, and looked after. No matter the venue, event, or audience, you ensure every guest receives the same impeccable level of attention and service.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Charge: Inspire and manage a high-performing front-of-house team with clarity, fairness, and consistently high standards.
  • The Ultimate Host: Become the visible personality of the room, recognising returning guests, welcoming first-time visitors, and creating memorable experiences without compromising professionalism.
  • Uphold the Standard: From the perfect pour of a vintage Bordeaux to the precise presentation of a dining space, your attention to detail is second to none.
  • Stay Grounded: You’ll regularly interact with high-profile guests, corporate clients, VIPs and industry leaders. You remain composed, discreet, and focused on delivering exceptional service.
  • Own the Experience: Take accountability for event-day operations, ensuring seamless communication between venue teams, partners, suppliers, and hospitality colleagues.
  • Adapt and Excel: Every venue and event is different. You thrive in dynamic environments and can confidently adapt your leadership style to suit a variety of premium hospitality settings.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in Food Beverage management within premium hospitality, private members clubs, stadium hospitality, or high-end restaurants.
  • Knowledge: You know your way around a wine list and a cocktail menu. You can confidently discuss flavour profiles, premium spirits, and exceptional food pairings.
  • Temperament: You remain calm under pressure, make confident decisions, and positively influence those around you.
  • Communication: You effortlessly build rapport with guests from all backgrounds and demographics, demonstrating genuine care, emotional intelligence, and maturity.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work across a calendar of major sporting fixtures, concerts, exhibitions, private events, and premium hospitality experiences throughout the year, including evenings, weekends, and key event dates.
  • Desirable: WSET Level 2 qualification or above. Mixology experience or a genuine passion for premium spirits and cocktail culture. A passion for exceptional food and culinary experiences. Experience within stadium, arena, private members club, or premium fine dining restaurants. A genuine love for the atmosphere and energy of live sport, entertainment, and major events.
