The opportunity Constellation is looking for Casual Profit Protection Team Members to join our team at The O2 Arena in North Greenwich.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Profit Protection Systems Coordinator to support the delivery of secure, compliant, and efficient event operations.

The role is responsible for maintaining PCI compliance, supporting payment and till systems, monitoring operational controls, identifying and investigating risks, and ensuring accurate stock and process management.

Working closely with operational teams, you will help protect business assets, minimise losses, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement while promoting compliance, operational excellence, and a positive team culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ambition to develop within a Profit Protection and Systems function.

Key Responsibilities Support PCI compliance and ensure payment devices (PEDs) remain secure, operational, and compliant.

Monitor operational controls, identify risks, and support loss prevention initiatives.

Analyse stock processes, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to improved stock accuracy and performance.

Monitor live event transactions, escalating unusual activity and supporting investigations where required.

Provide first-line support for tills, payment devices, and i Pads to minimise operational disruption.

Ensure all event documentation, system checks, and control procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Work closely with operational managers to maintain compliance, improve efficiency, and support business performance.

Promote company standards, effective communication, and a positive, safe working environment.

Contribute to continuous improvement and demonstrate readiness to take on increased responsibility within the Profit Protection and Systems function.

What Were Looking For Experience in Profit Protection, Loss Prevention, Retail Operations, or a similar operational support role.

Good understanding of PCI compliance, operational controls, and risk management.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend solutions.

Experience supporting payment systems, tills, handheld devices, or similar operational technology.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Comfortable working independently while contributing positively as part of a wider team.

Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.

A positive attitude, high level of integrity, and commitment to protecting company assets and maintaining compliance.

What We Offer £15.53 per hour , availability 2–4 shifts per week , depending on the event schedule.

Shift times vary based on event requirements and may include 10:00–17:00 or 15:00–22:00 .
