RETAIL TEAM LEADER – NORTHAMPTON SAINTS Matchday Opportunity | £13.94 per hour Northampton Saints Upcoming matchdays Love the buzz of a busy bar? Confident leading a team? This could be the role for you! Constellation is looking for an experienced Retail Team Leader to join the team at Northampton Saints , working within our GA Bar on matchdays. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be leading a team of 16–20 people and helping deliver a great experience for supporters throughout the day. What you’ll be doing: Leading and motivating a team of 16–20 staff Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the GA Bar Supporting your team throughout busy matchday service Maintaining excellent standards of customer service Managing a fast-paced environment with large crowds Working confidently in a loud, high-energy atmosphere with live music Helping ensure the bar operates efficiently and safely What we’re looking for: Strong bar experience is essential Previous experience leading a team is essential Strong knowledge of beers and ales Confident working in a busy, high-volume environment Strong communication and leadership skills Calm, organised and able to make decisions under pressure Positive, hands-on approach and willing to lead from the front Ideally based locally to Northampton Saints Must be able to commit to the upcoming matchdays The atmosphere: Home fans.
