Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, offering shifts across over 5,000 venues in the UK to suit you. We are seeking KP staff for Mon-Fri days, 6am-2pm. Long-sleeved black shirts, black trousers, and black safety shoes are essential.
Main responsibilities include:
- Being polite, prompt, and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensuring all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are professionally cleaned before and after use, and keeping all service areas clean, tidy, and safe.
- Cleaning all cooking utensils as required during preparation and service times.
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen work areas during and after use, and removing waste appropriately.
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of your area for each service.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Operating cleaning machinery as trained and in accordance with company policy.
- Complying with all company policies related to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
