Sous Chef - Lead by Example (£18.89 p/h) Chefs by Constellation is Constellation's new dedicated culinary division, recruiting and developing chefs from commis to lead chefs.

With opportunities across the UK, from intimate pop-up hospitality venues to major sporting events, racecourses and world-class fine dining events.

We're seeking experienced Sous Chefs to support and lead kitchen teams across Manchester United You'll work alongside Head and Lead Chefs to deliver exceptional standards across premium hospitality, banqueting, fine dining and large-scale catering operations.

Key Responsibilities Support the management of daily kitchen operations.

Lead and motivate chefs during service.

About You Proven experience as a Sous Chef.

Strong culinary skills across a range of service styles.

Calm, proactive and solution-focused under pressure.
