What You'll Learn Through a mix of online learning and hands-on kitchen experience, you'll gain the skills and confidence needed to begin your culinary career.
You'll learn about: Food Safety Kitchen Operations Safe Working Practices Service Standards Teamwork and Communication And that's only the beginning.
You'll work alongside experienced chefs during real services, learning everything from food preparation and kitchen organisation to plating dishes and supporting a busy brigade.
