Working Hours:
- Starting 1st June for a minimum of two months
- 0700-1500 across 5 out of 7 days with flexibility to adapt your working hours to meet the site's needs.
Main Responsibilities:
You must be an experienced catering manager with hands-on chef experience and will be expected to support in the kitchen. Ideally, you will have working knowledge of the following:
- Nexus operating system
- Eurest systems, Grow, Intermission Menu and Source
