Main Responsibilities for Team Members Welcome guests warmly and professionally, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly.
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience.
Serve guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Answer guest questions confidently and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, beverages, and related products.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all customer-facing and work areas in accordance with company policies.
The Ideal Candidate Excellent verbal communication skills Being friendly yet professional Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism Good attention to detail and punctuality Being proactive is key Previous experience with a Catering/Hospitality setting will berequired.
