Location: Bridge Road, Long Sutton, Spalding, PE12 9EQ
Assignment Dates: Tuesday 30th June – Friday 29th July
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate: £17.14 per hour
Important Information
- Your first day (30th June) will be an induction and handover. The induction takes approximately 45 minutes.
- It must be completed before accessing the site through security.
- The induction remains valid for 12 months.
- Because of this, we're looking for someone who can commit to the full assignment once inducted.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality dishes to specification while maintaining excellent food standards.
- Ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for service.
- Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen during busy service periods.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Working as part of a professional and friendly kitchen team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Must be 18.
- Own safety shoes and chef knives.
