Working Hours Must be available for all of the Race dates below Market Rasen 2026 December 3rd and 26th 2027 January 10th and 22nd February 7th and 23rd March 9th and 25th April 12th May 7th and 22nd June 3rd and 18th July 4th and 17th September 17th and 25th October 7th and 16th November 11th and 25th December 2nd and 26th Please Note -Each event will include a prep day the day before. Main Responsibilities Based in a busy kitchen at Market Rasen and Nottingham Racecourse, your main tasks will be to: Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed. Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix. Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team. Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Must be able to work on own or as part of a team. Must provide own transport. Skills / Qualifications We are looking for a Sous Chef for our Raceday's at Market Rasen course, with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food. Previous experience is essential. You must be over 18 for this role. A good knowledge of, Catering. Level 2 Food Hygiene, is required. Level 3 Food Hygiene, is required.
