Constellation is looking for experienced kitchen porters to support and grow our exclusive back of house team at various venues across Scotland. Venues include Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) and more! We are looking for confident candidates who have great hospitality skills and enthusiasm to match! As a part of the Constellation team, you will be encouraged to expand your kitchen knowledge and provide an excellent guest experience. Flexible hours are offered to suit your needs. Ensuring all cutlery, crockery and glassware is professionally cleaned before and after use. Communicating with the kitchen team and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with our company policy. Health and Safety: Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with our company policy. Adhering to all policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH. Housekeeping: Cleaning kitchen, sweeping & mopping floors, removing waste correctly into the appropriate areas and any other duties required. We\’re looking for kitchen porters who are: Experienced: Previous experience in a kitchen porter role in a fast-paced and high-capacity hospitality venue. Passionate: A genuine passion for catering and providing a great service for our guests. Personable: Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing, and able to connect with the team. Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure, even during busy shifts.
