This role is ongoing Night Shift work from 10pm-6am

Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleaning of all cooking utensils as required by the culinary team.
- Ensuring all cutlery, crockery and glassware is professionally cleaned before and after use.
- Communicating with the kitchen team and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
- Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with our company policy.
- Adhering to all policies with regards to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
- Housekeeping – Cleaning kitchen, sweeping & mopping floors, removing waste correctly into the appropriate areas and any other duties required.
Pay Rate
£12.00 per hour + holiday pay.
Working Hours
10pm-6am Monday to Thursday
Requirements for the role
- Previous Kitchen Porter experience within a professional kitchen environment.
- *PVG may be required for some sites*
- Applicants must be 18 or over
- Safety boots
- Good communication skills.
- Good timekeeping.
- High standards of Hygiene and Cleanliness.
- Able to perform well and complete tasks within a busy environment.
