We’re rolling out the red carpet for new Hospitality Waiters to join the team at Swansea.com Stadium for the 2026/27 season – kicking off late July (TBC in June when fixtures are released). Whether you're working match days, concerts, or exclusive weekday events, you'll be delivering top-class service in our VIP Boxes, Restaurants, and Hospitality Lounges. This is your chance to work at one of Wales’s most iconic venues – and it doesn’t stop there! Once you’re registered with Constellation, the opportunities keep coming. You can also pick up shifts at top venues like Cardiff City FC and even further afield if you fancy a change of scenery.

Roles Available: We’re hiring for a range of front-of-house hospitality roles, including:

  • Restaurant Waiting Staff
  • Box Waiters/Waitresses
  • Food & Drink Runners

What We’re Looking For:

  • Aged 16 or over
  • Experience in fine dining, waiting, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus!
  • Confident taking orders, serving drinks, and using our iPad till systems
  • Cool under pressure – especially when the stadium’s buzzing!
  • A real people-person with top-notch customer service skills
  • Brimming with energy and enthusiasm
  • A natural team player with a can-do attitude
  • Able to think on your feet and get stuck in
  • Comfortable being on your feet throughout your shift
