The Role:
As part of our hospitality bar team, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hospitality and VIP guests
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally
- Work confidently in a busy, high-energy environment
- Bring a positive attitude and great team spirit to every shift
- Support colleagues and adapt quickly during busy periods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
Previous bartending, mixology, or hospitality experience is preferred, particularly within premium hospitality or fine dining settings. However, if you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’d still love to hear from you. Please note: applicants must be aged 18 due to licensing regulations. It’s an active role with lots of walking, shaking, pouring, and smiling!
