Constellation Platinum is seeking reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porters to join our back-of-house team at The Garsington Opera. We are looking for dedicated team players who can support busy kitchen operations and maintain high standards in a Fine Dining environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness
- Operate dishwashers and manage cleaning cycles
- Support chefs with basic tasks
- Keep BOH areas organised, safe, and compliant
What We’re Looking For
- Previous KP or BOH experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to commit to 80% of the Below season dates
- Able to drive or arrange own transport to remote location – no public transport available
