Take responsibility for your section and support smooth kitchen operations. Assist with daily food preparation and service. Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and allergen standards. Support stock control, food storage and waste reduction. Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and compliant with food safety procedures. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role. Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality food. Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and hygiene. A reliable, organised and proactive approach.
