We're looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our hospitality and event teams for Airshow 2026. Manager Responsibilities- Managing and supporting event staff within your assigned area
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring your area runs smoothly
- Briefing teams, allocating duties, and maintaining clear communication
- Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and presentation standards
- Supporting catering and hospitality operations during busy service periods
- Responding quickly to operational issues and guest requirements
- Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Working closely with senior management and event coordinators to deliver a successful event
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- To be able to commit to at least 3 shifts in the live week
- Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Hospitality or event experience preferred
- Must be 18 for certain roles
- Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, and long shifts
- Reliable transport recommended due to event hours and venue location
