Manager Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting event staff within your assigned area
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring your area runs smoothly
  • Briefing teams, allocating duties, and maintaining clear communication
  • Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and presentation standards
  • Supporting catering and hospitality operations during busy service periods
  • Responding quickly to operational issues and guest requirements
  • Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Working closely with senior management and event coordinators to deliver a successful event

  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • To be able to commit to at least 3 shifts in the live week
  • Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Hospitality or event experience preferred
