Sous Chef – Casual / Temporary Work in Schools, Care Homes & Contract Catering

Constellation is recruiting experienced Sous Chefs for casual and temporary roles across schools, care homes, and contract catering sites, working in line with Compass Group standards. These roles offer a mix of short-term assignments and ongoing opportunities, perfect for chefs looking for flexible, weekday daytime work.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef
  • Experience in schools, care homes, or contract catering (preferred)
  • Good understanding of Compass Group standards
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different sites and teams
  • DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Level 3 Food Safety Certificate
