Your day-to-day will include keeping the kitchen running like clockwork — cleaning utensils, crockery, glassware, and equipment to the highest standards, supporting chefs with prep, working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, operating cleaning machinery safely, maintaining hygiene and Health & Safety standards (including COSHH), managing waste disposal, and assisting with stock movement.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 6 months experience as a Kitchen Porter
  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in
