We are searching for experienced bartenders to work at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) during our busy event days!

What we’re looking for: Minimum of 12 months experience in a bartender role.

A positive “can do” attitude!

Confidence working on a fast-paced bar.

Knowledge of spirits, wines, mixers and drinks measures.

Ability to carry and unload a drinks tray confidently.

Calm, professional, and personable under pressure.

Comfortable with long periods of walking and standing.
