What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, customers, and event attendees
- Managing crowd control and implementing safety procedures when required
- Conducting searches, access control, and monitoring restricted areas
- Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management in busy and high-pressure environments
- Supporting a professional and high-performing security team
What We’re Looking For
- A valid SIA Security licence
- 6 months experience as an event security guard
- Previous experience in event security, venue security, or crowd management preferred
- Strong communication and good conflict management skills
- Confidence working in loud, fast-paced, and busy environments
- Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
